Received an Item with an Issue?

We want your experience with 1515 to be special from the very beginning.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at shop1515pr@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To assist you, we will need your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item.
